Thanks for sharing. I’m not sure, hovewer, if these are really the most important questions: "What did you work on yesterday, and what are you going to work on today?" Too many teams work hard on things that are irrelevant for achieving the goal, cherry-picking tasks. I’d rather ask:
- What have we, as a Team, done to achieve the goal?
- What new information / knowledge do we have Today?
- Are the tasks on a board still relevant? If not, how should we adapt?
- What should we do next?
