It would be a misinterpretation if Alex didn't explain it in the same post. Attacking him for the picture, which perhaps might have been more clear, is a lack of goodwill.

It's difficult to agree with the author with those any many other ideas, like:
- research before product discovery 🤯
- research that can be performed only by "qualified researchers," like the author 🙄
