Hey, what about Empiricism Scrum is based (in theory) on? I’m afraid without data its just an opinion.

To be fair, this is very common in the Scrum community. "Scrum works”, if we modify it “the result is it Scrum" and we shouldn’t challenge it \ ask for statistical data.
